Self-regulating Technology
Because of the inner part ofthe irradiated self-regulating heating core, our pipe heat cablecan automatically adjust its power output to compensate for thetemperature changes of the pipe. The multi-layer design also makesit more durable, ensuring that it lasts up to 3 years!
Accurate Build-in Thermostat
The thermostat turns the pipeheat tape on 43℉(close to freezing) and shuts it off when the temp.is approximately 55℉(well above freezing). The thermostat needs tohave contact with your pipe to keep track of the temperature andheat up accurately.
